OpSpruce

Privacy notice

Last updated: October 2026

This notice covers this website and the walkthrough request form, in plain language.

What we collect

When you send a walkthrough request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, business name, email, phone number if you add one, type of business, team size, and anything you write about how you train today.

Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site. This website doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We don't sell your information, and we only share it with the service providers that run this site and deliver form submissions to us.

How long we keep it

We keep walkthrough requests while we're in touch about OpSpruce. If we don't end up working together, we delete them within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email from us and we'll take care of it.

Using the OpSpruce app

If your company uses OpSpruce, the app has its own privacy page explaining what it stores about each person. Your managers can answer questions about your training record.

Checklist records are kept as a permanent log of who did what and when, so they can be trusted. That means a person's name can remain in older checklist records after their account is turned off.
